1. Acceptance of Terms
Your use of Toss N Turn facilities or services constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, any posted in-store policies, and any service-specific instructions provided at the time of use. The most current version is available in-store and on this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any updates.
2. Assumption of Risk
BY USING OUR FACILITIES OR SERVICES, YOU VOLUNTARILY ASSUME ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH LAUNDRY SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO SLIPS, TRIPS, AND FALLS; MACHINE MALFUNCTION OR FAILURE; SHRINKAGE, COLOR LOSS, OR FABRIC DAMAGE; AND LOSS OR THEFT OF PERSONAL ITEMS. EXCEPT WHERE CAUSED BY OUR PROVEN GROSS NEGLIGENCE OR WILLFUL MISCONDUCT, TOSS N TURN IS NOT LIABLE FOR SUCH OCCURRENCES.
3. Self-Service Laundry Terms
3.1 Proper Use of Equipment
- Do not overload machines; follow posted instructions for cycle selection, water levels, and detergent use.
- Use appropriate detergents/additives only; misuse may damage garments or machines.
- Inspect machines before use and report issues immediately; do not attempt repairs or tamper with equipment.
3.2 Customer Conduct
- Do not leave laundry unattended. Items left in machines more than 15 minutes after a cycle ends may be removed. Toss N Turn is not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged when unattended.
- Maintain cleanliness: empty dryer lint traps, wipe folding tables if soiled, and dispose of trash.
- Prohibited items include rubber-backed rugs, items soiled with flammable substances, pet bedding with fur/waste, and garments labeled “dry clean only.”
3.3 Safety
- Spills may occur; walk carefully and heed posted warnings.
- Children under 12 must be supervised and may not operate machines or engage in unsafe play.
- Unsafe, aggressive, or disruptive behavior may result in removal and a permanent ban.
4. Wash & Fold / Pickup & Delivery
4.1 Service Overview
- Standard turnaround: 48 hours.
- Expedited service options include 24-hour and same-day turnaround, subject to availability and an additional fee.
- We do not guarantee complete stain removal. Optional stain treatment may be available at an additional charge.
4.2 Customer Responsibilities
- Submit only machine-washable items; Toss N Turn is not responsible for damage to “dry clean only” or unsuitable fabrics.
- Check all pockets before submitting laundry; WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for damage from items left inside.
- Secure laundry in a closable bag for pickup; insufficient packaging is at your risk.
- Inspect your order upon delivery or pickup and report any issues within 48 hours.
4.3 Loss or Damage
LIABILITY LIMIT: LIABILITY FOR LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS IS LIMITED TO 10× THE COST OF SERVICE FOR THE AFFECTED WEIGHT, UP TO 3× THE TOTAL ORDER VALUE, NOT TO EXCEED $200 PER ORDER.
Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery or pickup. We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing fabric deterioration, weak seams, previous improper care, or fragile accessories.
5. Payment & Refunds
- Self-service cycles must be paid in advance; wash & fold orders are due at pickup or delivery.
- If payment fails, the card on file will be charged; unpaid balances may be sent to collections.
- Customer agrees to pay all reasonable collection costs, including attorney’s fees.
- Refunds are issued only for services not rendered due to Toss N Turn error.
6. Liability Limitations
FOR SELF-SERVICE: LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE AFFECTED CYCLE, UP TO A MAXIMUM OF THREE TIMES THE PRICE OF THAT CYCLE, NOT TO EXCEED $50 PER INCIDENT. FOR WASH & FOLD: LIABILITY IS LIMITED AS STATED IN SECTION 4.3. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY CALIFORNIA LAW.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Toss N Turn, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from your actions, misuse of equipment, or violation of these Terms.
8. Security & Monitoring
Public areas of the facility are under 24-hour video surveillance for safety, theft prevention, and incident investigation. Footage is stored securely, accessed only by authorized personnel, and may be shared with law enforcement when required.
9. Unclaimed Items
Self-service laundry left on premises for more than 30 days, or wash & fold orders unclaimed for 30 days, may be donated or disposed of at our discretion.
10. Force Majeure
Toss N Turn is not responsible for delays, service interruptions, or damages caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, strikes, pandemics, or equipment failures.
11. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service or remove customers for policy violations, harassment, safety risks, or misuse of equipment.
